Kevin Feeney concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts as well as representation of individuals and corporate clients in government investigations. Kevin has represented clients ranging in size from multinational corporations to individuals in matters including complex civil litigation, shareholder derivative suits, declaratory judgment actions, and government investigations into consumer fraud allegations, stock option granting practices, and energy futures trading.

Kevin is also actively involved in pro bono matters, including arguing on behalf of an Illinois criminal defendant before the Third District Court of Appeals, representing an exonerated death row inmate in a false imprisonment/malicious prosecution action, and representing several plaintiffs in an Establishment Clause lawsuit in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
