Nishith Patel began his career as an associate for a boutique franchise litigation firm where he gained significant experience with franchise law. Mr. Patel worked on matters involving franchise terminations, liquidated damages lawsuits and fraudulent franchising schemes.

After moving to the District of Columbia metropolitan area, Mr. Patel launched his own law firm with a vision to provide excellent legal services with exceptional customer service. Mr. Patel represents hotel owners, convenience stores, liquor stores, health and fitness centers and restaurants in various business transactions and litigation disputes. In addition, Mr. Patel represents individuals in negotiating partnership and operating agreements.
