RICHARD L. PEARSON is a Partner in the firm's Birmingham office and serves as Chair of the firm's Financial Industries Section. Mr. Pearson's practice focuses on assisting a wide range of companies within the financial services industry, including banks, investment advisers, broker-dealers, mutual funds and private investment funds.
