Chip handles a variety of plaintiff personal injury cases including automobile accidents, wrongful death, brain injury and products liability involving tire defects. He is a graduate of LSU Law School and is married with two daughters.
He attends St. Paul's Episcopal Church and is a member of the Metairie Park Country Day School Dad's Club. He is a member of the Louisiana and American Bar Associations, the Louisiana and American Associations for Justice, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle districts and the Unites States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit.
