Attorney Michele J. Da Silva earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Rutgers University / Douglass College in May of 2000. She earned her Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) after graduating from Massachusetts School of Law in December of 2011. In June 2012, Attorney Michele Da Silva was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

Prior to attending law school, Attorney Michele Da Silva was employed as an Executive Manager and Head Paralegal at the Law Offices of Norka M. Schell, LLC in New York, New York where she worked from August of 2000 through December of 2008 exclusively with Immigration and Nationality Law. Specifically, Attorney Michele Da Silva worked with a wide range of individuals and employer/companies on employment based legalization and family based legalization. It was this exposure to the struggles of immigrant community combined with her passion for the law that led Attorney Michele Da Silva to pursue her Juris Doctor degree.

Today, Attorney Michele Da Silva fights vigorously to defend her client's causes. She is Of Counsel to the Law Firm of Denner Pellegrino, LLP in the area of Immigration Law. Attorney Michele Da Silva represents clients through out the east coast with all types of immigration cases. She is known as aggressive attorneys with high standards of professionalism and legal advocacy. She is also regarded as creative lawyers who think outside the box and explore all options to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Attorney Michele Da Silva's ability to speak fluently Portuguese and Spanish allows her to listen and understand each client's unique issues and to communicate effectively with them in order to understand their objectives.

Attorney Michele Da Silva's academic accomplishments includes being a recipient of four (4) CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Criminal Practice- Bail to Jail (2010), Consumer Protection (2010), Real Estate Financing & Conveyancing (2010), and Lawyers in Contemporary Society (2011). Today, Attorney Michele Da Silva currently holds membership with the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
