Michelle Dama is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group and a member of the firm's Class Action/MDL Team. Ms. Dama has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters in federal and state court at both the trial and appellate level. She has handled product liability actions, commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and bankruptcy litigation. Her experience includes the defense of class actions, multidistrict litigation and complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Dama has litigated cases throughout the country including trials in the District of Delaware and Western District of Wisconsin.
