She has represented purchasers of asset-backed securities and monoline insurers and others in connection with credit default swaps and derivatives. Traci also has represented clients in the transfer of servicing rights of residential mortgage-backed securities. In addition, she has experience representing clients in connection with securitizations and issuers and underwriters in public offerings and IPOs.
