Richard, Donald Ray

Carlos spent over 20 years at Wachovia Securities and its predecessors and has broad experience in litigations, arbitrations, regulatory matters, employment matters, international matters, clearing operations and "white collar" criminal issues. He spent five years at the Office of the District Attorney, New York County, prosecuting felony cases, including "white collar" cases. Carlos is a graduate of the Fordham Law School. He speaks Spanish and Italian.
