Family law attorney Beth Richardson focuses in high-asset complex dissolution cases and custody disputes for Heath-Newton.
A Michigan native, Beth received her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
A strong advocate for children and families and helping them through the emotionally arduous journeys often associated with family law, Beth has experience with Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Mateo, and San Francisco County family law courts. While attending law school, Beth was a certified Law Clerk with the Alameda County Department of Child Support Services. She currently sits on the Board of Good Samaritan Family Resource Center and acts as co-chair of the organization’s Development Committee.Prior to joining Heath-Newton, LLP, Beth practiced family law at Winter & Ross, Attorneys at Law for four years.
