Barbara Gruenthal

Ms. Gruenthal is a partner in the firm of Cooke, Clancy & Gruenthal, LLP. Her practice includes a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contracts, business torts, securities, employment, patent infringement, shareholder disputes, lender liability and other banking matters, insurance coverage, and environmental and construction disputes. Ms. Gruenthal also has substantial experience in zoning and other land use and real estate disputes as well as products liability litigation. She has trial experience in both the state and federal courts and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
