Henry W. Roux represents privately-held business enterprises, and the entrepreneurs who create, own and manage them, in every aspect potentially affecting business entities and their operations from formation to divestiture. He provides advice and counsel to individual and family entrepreneurs with a focus on the formation, capitalization, operation, protection, preservation, and divestiture of business enterprises utilizing expertise in corporate, business and commercial, real estate, taxation, estate and succession planning, and litigation arenas, and has been doing so since 1976.

Mr. Roux is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Roux is a graduate of Santa Clara University, having received his Juris Doctor degree in 1976 and his Bachelor of Science, Economics degree in 1973.
