Leslie Schafer de Ochoa's practice focuses on a variety of debt financing matters. She represents debtors and lenders in secured and unsecured single bank and syndicated facilities in connection with senior working capital and acquisition financings, as well as debtor-in-possession and exit financings. She also negotiates credit card and trade receivables securitization arrangements for originators and has represented issuers in Rule 144A transactions.

Leslie is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
