Stephen Sedor is a graduate of Clarkson University and Quinnipiac University School of Law. Attorney Sedor’s practice focuses in the areas of Education Law, Employment Litigation, and Labor Disputes. He represents public and private sector employers in matters involving wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, First Amendment and retaliation claims, unfair labor practice charges, restrictive covenants, and other disputes. He also provides general counseling and advice to public and private sector employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. Attorney Sedor's practice also involves representing local boards of education on general education matters, student discipline cases, teacher termination and employee discipline matters, residency issues, and other disputes that proceed to litigation, arbitration, or other administrative proceedings. Stephen has handled matters pending in the state appellate courts and has argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Northern District of New York.
