Stephanie Silvas was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, and raised in Beeville, Texas. Stephanie received a Bachelor of Arts degree at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She attended law school as a Public Interest Scholar at Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Criminal Law. Stephanie returned to Texas to be close to her family and help her community.
