Mr. Imbesi is a founding partner of Imbesi Christensen & Michael. He has represented more than four hundred (400) clients in FINRA Securities Arbitration, recovering millions of dollars in awards and settlements. He has obtained favorable FINRA arbitration awards in New York and has represented clients located throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Imbesi has represented investors against virtually every major brokerage house, including: Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney, UBS, Merrill Lynch, SunTrust, MetLife, Morgan Keegan, Charles Schwab, A.G. Edwards and Edward Jones.

Mr. Imbesi heads the firm’s Trusts and Estates and the Sports and Entertainment divisions. The firm has represented both high profile and celebrity clients in estate litigation, entertainment and criminal law.

Mr. Imbesi has attended Columbia University, the University of Maryland, (Baltimore) and Syracuse Law School, where he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future award, for being ranked the number one student in Business, Finance & Economics Law.
