Paul Jenny is a partner in Michael Best's Intellectual Property Practice Group and a member of the firm's Life Sciences Industry Group. Mr. Jenny is an experienced patent prosecutor, handling matters involving molecular biology, genome-related technologies, miRNA (pioneer patents), antibodies, biological imaging, vaccine development, receptor biology, neuroscience, diagnostics, drug discovery and pharmaceuticals biology/ chemistry, food microbiology, plant biology, polymer chemistry (polycarbonates), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Mr. Jenny also handles trademark prosecution, cooperative research and development agreements, technology transfer agreements, and licenses.
