Robert C. Klinger is an attorney with the Intellectual Property, Technology and Internet Department of Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, licensing, opinions and commercialization/monetization. Robert is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has prosecuted hundreds of U.S. and foreign patents, including reexaminations and reissues, CAFC and EPO hearings, managed large patent families, and prepared pre-IPO opinions.

He has particular technical expertise in the electrical, mechanical, and medical arts including:

Mr. Klinger is also a Registered Professional Engineer (Minnesota) and his professional experience includes several years as an RF communications design engineer for Honeywell Incorporated and Electrospace Systems Incorporated.
