Tolman, Mark A.

Jessica Diane Kosares practices in the areas of eminent domain, real estate litigation, and debt collection. Before joining Alderman Bernstein LLC, Ms. Kosares worked as an associate at Kaplan Law, LLC in the areas of civil litigation and family law. She began her legal career at the Adams County District Attorney’s Office in County Court, Juvenile, and Appellate divisions. Prior to practicing law, she worked with Clayton and Company, Inc., a real estate appraisal company, which specializes in eminent domain appraisals. Ms. Kosares was admitted to the Colorado bar in 2008.

Ms. Kosares was born in Denver, Colorado in 1979. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, she spent a year in Chile, South America, where she taught English as a second language and became fluent in Spanish.Upon returning to the States, she settled back into her roots in Denver, where she currently lives with her husband, Jonathan, and their two children.
