Prior to establishing my law practice in Staten Island in 1973 I was an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the City of New York. I am also admitted to practice in the Federal and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Although the State of New York does not recognize practice specialties, I have by choice largely limited my practice on Staten Island to representation of consumer debtors. In addition, a portion of your fees can be deferred and paid under your Chapter 13 plan.
