Alison practices in the areas of intellectual property litigation and complex civil litigation. She has a passion for handling technology and Internet Law matters, with a particular interest in the application of legal concepts to new media. Alison has experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-trial demands, settlement discussions, and trial.

Alison received her J.D. from Santa Clara University of Law in 2009. Pursuing her high-technology interests in the heart of the Silicon Valley, Alison focused her studies on intellectual property issues and served as a Symposium Editor of the Santa Clara University Computer & High Technology Law Journal. She received a B.A. in English with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006.

Before joinging Kronenberger Rosenfeld, Alison was an associate at Bradshaw & Associates, where she practiced extensively in civil litigation in both state and federal court, and represented clients in a wide variety of matters. Alison has handled cases involving business and contract disputes, trade secret misappropiation, and defamation. Alison is a member of the State Bar of California and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area.
