Mr. Tschirn has been an Associate with the firm since 2008. His practice focuses primarily on litigating homeowners, automotive, health, and commercial insurance claims. Originally from Belle Chasse, LA, he grew up in the Greater New Orleans area, and obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees from Loyola University of New Orleans. He was actively involved in a number of student organizations both, as an undergraduate, and as a law student; his experience as competitor, coach, and board member for Loyola’s Trial Advocacy Program has served him well, translating into favorable outcomes in both state and federal court, at motion hearings, trials, and in oral argument on appeal.
