Sean D. Lair has worked at Devalk, Power, Lair & Warner since shortly after his admission to practice law in New York State in 2004. Mr. Lair acquired his Bachelor Degree from Saint Bonaventure University in 1999 and his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2003.
Presently, Mr. Lair represents clients in the areas of Divorce, Family Law, Criminal Defense, DWI and Vehicle & Traffic tickets, Wills and Estates, and Real Estate Closings.
Mr. Lair’s Family Court and Divorce practice covers the following counties: Wayne, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca and Yates. In addition, he regularly appears in Town and Justice Courts throughout the Finger Lakes Region, Wayne County and the Greater Rochester Area in defense of criminal prosecutions, including DWI’s and Vehicle and Traffic tickets. Finally, Mr. Lair represents buyers and sellers in residential closings throughout Western New York.
