David describes himself to clients and perspective clients as a “money teacher”; giving old fashioned, yet timely, financial advice to consumers and debtors facing today’s economic struggles.
Common questions he has experience in answering include: Are credit card debts discharged in bankruptcy? Can I keep my home in bankruptcy? Are taxes discharged also? My home is in foreclosure and I can’t afford to make payments, what are my options? David has chosen to represent Debtors, those that owe and have tried their best but face an uphill battle and overwhelming financial struggles.
David has been advising people on these and other tough issues for 20 years, in good economic times and not so good times.
David enjoys many outdoor activities with his family and friends including camping, boating, water skiing and snow skiing. David was a youth baseball coach for many years and now enjoys watching high school and college sports. He was a founding member of Camp Shiloh, a small non-denominational Christian youth camp in Whatcom County. Currently, David serves on the council of his church, North County Christ the King in Lynden, Washington.
