Gary B. Leuchtman, a partner with Beggs & Lane, is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts & Estates.  He serves on the Wills, Trust & Estates Certification Committee of the Florida Bar (having chaired that committee in 2001-2002) and previously served 12 years as a member of the Probate Rules Committee of the Florida Bar.  Mr. Leuchtman provides personal client service and has developed one of the most experienced estate planning practices in Northwest Florida.  He provides representation in all matters related in this area, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate and Trust Administration, Estate and Trust Litigation, Asset Protection, Taxes, Business Planning and Charitable Planning.  Mr. Leuchtman has also served as President of the Northwest Florida Estate Planning Council and Chairperson of the United Way of Escambia County Foundation.  He and the other attorneys at Beggs & Lane are committed to delivering comprehensive planning and solutions in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.
