Mason represents clients in civil litigation in federal and state courts. He is a 2003 graduate of Rhode Island College and a 2007 graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law.
During law school, Mason worked as an intern in the Rhode Island Department of Administration, Division of Legal Services. He also participated in an externship in then Governor Donald L. Carcieri's Office of Legal Services. Upon graduating, he emphasized in representing individuals and families with asbestos related illness and injury claims.
Since joining Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick as an associate in 2008, Mason has represented individuals in the application, appeals and litigation of life, health, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and under private insurance contracts. Mason's practice also focuses on litigation of personal injury, business, employment and contract disputes. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and Rhode Island Association for Justice.
Mason enjoys spending time with his family and cycling as his busy schedule permits.
