Extensive experience on developing and managing entitlement strategies on large and complex, public and private projects. Litigation, environmental, and land use practice with emphasis on growth management, land use, and land use litigation and planning. Land use experience includes representation of both private and municipal clients in legislative, planning and advocacy roles before state administrative agencies, hearing examiners, city councils, county commissioners, and state and federal courts. Particular experience includes GMA, SEPA/NEPA, shoreline and solid waste issues.
