Terry White has practiced in the Omaha metropolitan area for over 20 years. She has also appeared in state courts throughout Nebraska for the past several years.

Presently, Terry's practice includes but is not limited to employment-related cases, ranging from all aspects of discrimination, harassment, FMLA and Wrongful discharge. For the first 15 years of practice, she defended employers, including large corporate entities as well as "mom and pop" businesses. During the last five-plus years, however, Terry has represented employees with claims against their former employers.

Terry also has several years of experience handling state and federal whistleblower cases, which often go hand-in-hand with individual employment cases. Terry has represented both individuals who qualify as whisteblowers, as well as individuals/companies accused of fraud or other violations of the law. She has represented former employers and employers who may be targeted by the Government, former employees or whistleblowers as alleged violators of the law.

The remainder of Terry's practice is comprised of representing individuals and companies in the area of white collar crime and commercial litigation. The whitleblower -- also known as "qui tam" -- litigation is only a part of Terry's white collar/commercial litigation practice. She has worked with clients accused of Medicare/Medicaid fraud, tax crimes, securities fraud, and violations of a number of other areas in which complex administrative regulations are in place, including the FDA, FSIS, FAA, CFTC and defense contracting. Terry has represented clients through the administrative process (DOJ and grand jury investigations, and participated in negotiations, plea bargaining and pretrial motions and hearings.
