Ciara R.M. Baker is a senior associate in the Tax Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2008.

Practice

Ms. Baker has experience with corporate and partnerships transactions, as well as executive compensation and employee benefits issues.

While in law school, Ms. Baker completed internships for the Honorable Patricia Hurst and the Honorable William P. Robinson for the Rhode Island Superior and Rhode Island Supreme Courts.  

Prior to her legal studies, Ms. Baker was an editorial assistant at The Journal of Modern History from 2003 to 2005.
