Keenan, Timothy R.

Since 1990, Mr. Kearney has handled all phases of professional liability, insurance and commercial litigation from pre-trial discovery and motion practice, court and jury trials, through writs and appeals. He has experience in most types of complex litigation, including class action and multi-district litigation.  He has three published decisions.

He regularly defends attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, appraisers and other professionals in professional liability litigation and insurance carriers in related coverage litigation.  His insurance experience includes litigating coverage, bad faith and extra-contractual issues in first and third party matters.  He also handles general civil matters, product liability claims, landlord-tenant and real estate contract disputes, as well as commercial litigation and transportation-related claims.
