Bergman, William E.

Kassandra M. Bentley received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While at the University of Arkansas, Ms. Bentley served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and president of the Christian Legal Society.

Ms. Bentley is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and her main practice areas are business formation, mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, trust and probate litigation, and estate planning.  She is a member of the Tulsa Tax Forum and was a discussant at the 2010 Oklahoma Water Plan Town Hall.  Each year, Ms. Bentley teaches a seminar on trust administration for bank trust officers and attorneys.
