Bishop, Noah

Ms. Birdwhistell practices primarily in the area of intellectual property litigation.  Her practice includes patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation.  She also provides business counseling related to patent and trademark licensing.

Ms. Birdwhistell's previous experience includes researching legal issues pertaining to entertainment law, guild agreements and specific contractual disputes for ABC Television Studio.  While in law school, she taught a year-long Street Law class at a public high school in Washington, D.C. and participated in the Family Advocacy Clinic representing parents in special education proceedings against the District of Columbia Public Schools.
