Mr. Cartledge is a lifelong Columbus resident, with ancestors having arrived in the earliest years of the city. Mr. Cartledge is active in local and state bar activities. He is a member and past president of Columbus Bar Association; member and past president of Estate Planning Council of Columbus; member of American College of Mortgage Attorneys; Director and past president of Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund; past chair of the real property section of State Bar of Georgia. He has held several teaching and leadership roles at St. Luke United Methodist church.
