Susan graduated from St Johns University and attended Albany Law School.

Susan M. D'Ambrosio has experience in several areas of practice including landlord tenant and criminal law. She handled misdemeanor cases in most local jurisdictions, including the Bronx, Yonkers, White Plains, New York City, Rockland and Nassau Counties. She has years of experience in conducting bail hearings, investigations, arraignments, motion practice, discovery and other proceedings. She has successfully handled disorderly conduct, assault, larceny, frauds, drugs, DWI, harassment, resisting arrest, trespass, and criminal contempt cases. She was part of the firm's team which obtained a favorable verdict in a Federal case where we opposed one of the largest law firms in the world.
