Pham, Cynthia T.

Kimberly Hayes Floyd of High Point, NC received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1980 from Campbell University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell in 1983.  She also completed advanced legal studies at the London School of Economics in London, England.

Ms. Floyd is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Eighteenth Judicial District Bar, High Point Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association and North Carolina Advocates for Justice.  She is licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court and also in the United States Middle and Eastern District Federal Courts.  Ms. Floyd has devoted her practice to Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Workers Compensation cases for over two and a half decades.

Ms. Floyd is an active member of Green Street Baptist Church, where she served for many years as a Sunday School Teacher and past and present Chairperson of the Constitution and bylaws Committee.  She has also served as a speaker for the Women’s Conference concerning child abuse and neglect.  Ms. Floyd has also been a Public Speaker for the “I Can Anyway” Programs at Welborn Middle School, Griffin Middle School and Kirkman Park Elementary School in High Point.

Ms. Floyd is a sustaining member of the High Point Junior League, and has served as past Chairperson of the Legislative Action/Public Policy Committee, and as a Public Speaker with the Childwatch Committee, and has served as Chairperson of the Constitution and By Laws Committee.

Ms. Floyd was named a Distinguished Alumna of Campbell University in 1997.  She also currently serves as a member of the Campbell University Presidential Board of Advisors.  Ms. Floyd was named an Outstanding Young Woman of America in 1988 and 1991.  She was named a Life Member of The National Registry of Who’s Who in 2000, Who’s Who in American Law for 2000-2001 and Strathmore’s Who’s Who for Leadership and Achievement in her Profession for 2003-2004.
