Brian Schellenberg has focused his practice in Consumer Bankruptcy since December 2005. Prior to concentrating in Bankruptcy, Brian represented individuals in several areas of law; including family law, personal injury, products liability and criminal law. Since that time, Brian has expanded his practice to include representation of businesses in the Bankruptcy Court along with litigation involving debt collection and secured transactions.

Brian grew up in Central Indiana and graduated from Decatur Central High School in Indianapolis. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the Indiana University Bloomington campus in 2002. Immediately following his undergraduate studies, Brian earned his Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in 2005.
